1. Can we get your free samples?
Yes, sure. Our samples are free, the customers only need to bear the express cost, which will be refunded when order cnfirmed.

2. Can we combine many items size in one container in my first order?
Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

3. What is your terms of packing ?
Generally, we pack our goods in pp bag plus cartons. If you have special requirements, we can customize package according to your standards.

4. How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin production. Doing 100% inspection
during production; then do random inspection before packing; we have 100% test before delivery, taking pictures after packing.

5. If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
If any breakage or defect products were found, you will take the pictures from the original carton. All the breakage ones will be
refundable by next order.

6.What is the normal lead time ?
For small orders, if have stocks will send within 7 days after receiving deposit. For large quantity, the delivery
time is 15-20 days after receiving deposit.

7.What is your payment term?
T/T. 30% deposit, balance be paid before loading of factory.
