You can place a direct trade assurance order, and the only cost you need to bear is the freight, which will be refundable once you place an order. Alternatively, if you have a courier account, we can arrange samples to be sent on a collect basis.
For small orders or samples, we take extra care in packaging. Each glass jar is individually packed using bubble bags or foam to prevent any damage during transit. So far, our customers who have placed small orders have not reported any problems with breakage. The lids feature a small strip of food-grade rubber that ensures a tight seal and meets EU export standards. They are easy to screw on and off, requiring just one twist to open or close.
Our lead time is quick and efficient. Samples will be sent within 12-24 hours after receiving your payment. Small orders will be delivered within 7-10 days, while larger quantity orders will be delivered within 20-25 days. We accept various payment methods, including Paypal, Western Union, and trade assurance for sample or trial orders. For larger orders, we accept T/T, L/C, or trade assurance.
