Sample Testing:
If you're interested in testing our products, we offer free samples. However, the client is responsible for the sample freight cost. Don't worry, though, as this cost will be fully refunded when you place an order.
Quality Control:
We take quality control seriously. In the rare event of a defective product, we offer a 1:1 replacement. Additionally, we provide 1:1 compensation for any broken items.
Delivery Time:
The delivery time for machines and molds is approximately 30 days after receiving the deposit. For preform orders, the delivery time depends on the quantity. Please contact our sales team for more information.
Secure Packaging:
To ensure safe transportation, our molds and machines are packed in standard wooden cases. These cases are sturdy and suitable for overseas shipping. Preforms, on the other hand, are packed in standard double-layer cartons.
Payment Terms:
For payment, we require a 30% down payment via T/T. The remaining 70% can be paid via T/T or L/C before delivery. We also offer credit options to customers, allowing the balance payment to be made months after delivery. Please feel free to inquire with our sales team for more details.

If you require assistance with machine installation and commissioning, our skilled engineers are available to travel to your location. Please note that the cost of round flight tickets and accommodation will be at your expense.
