Here at ANHUI IDEA TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, we offer high-quality customized samples for your specific needs. Our samples are provided free of charge for existing designs, and for customized samples, we charge the real production cost which is refundable upon bulk order placement.
We accept payment for samples through various methods including PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay, West Union, and wire transfer. Freight for sample delivery is usually collected, but if you don't have a courier account, we can prepay the freight for you.
For existing samples, the lead time is 2-3 days, while customized samples take around 7 days. Our production lead time is 15-30 days after sample approval or based on the quantity of your order.
To print your own design, we require ai/cdr/eps or PDF files for setting up print plates. We provide a simulated photo for your approval before sample making.
We offer a wide range of colors based on Pantone color codes or popular color recommendations. Our products undergo 100% self-inspection before packing to ensure top quality.
Payment terms include T/T with a 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight for your convenience.
