1. How can we be sure these bottles are truly lead-free and food grade?
We use common, high white, and crystal white glass materials, all food-grade and lead-free. Our products pass rigorous SGS and FDA food-grade tests, ensuring utmost safety.
2. How can I obtain a sample to check the quality? Do you provide free samples?
-- Yes, we offer free samples. You may place a direct trade assurance order. The freight cost is on you but will be refundable upon placing an order. If you have a courier account, we can send samples with freight collected.
3. How do you ensure safe packaging and address defective or broken items?
-- For small orders or samples, we use bubble wrap or foam for individual packing. So far, no customers have reported damage for small orders.
-- For large container orders, we use standard export pallet packages or paper cartons with safe egg packing. Customized gift boxes are also available.
-- Accessories like caps are packed separately to prevent damage. We guarantee a broken rate of under 0.2%.
-- We will compensate for defective and broken bottles in your next order at no charge.
4. What surface treatments can you support? Can we put our logo on the bottles?
-- Certainly, we can customize logos and support various decorations such as firing, screen printing, hot stamping, frosting, and label printing.
-- Printing colors can be customized according to PANTONE color numbers.
5. How about the sealing quality?
Our jars come with glass, plastic, or metal lids, all ensuring perfect sealing. A food-grade rubber strip under the lid ensures airtight closure, complying with EU export standards. Lids are easy to screw on and off with just one twist.
6. What is the lead time?
-- Samples are dispatched within 12-24 hours after payment.
-- Small orders are delivered within 7-10 days of payment.
-- Large quantity orders are delivered within 20-25 days.
7. What are your payment terms?
-- For samples or trial orders, we accept PayPal, Western Union, and Trade Assurance.

8. What are your shipping terms?
For samples or trial orders, we provide shipping via FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, and ARAMEX.
