Q : How can I get a sample?
A : We usually provide customer existing samples with free charge.
And if you need customized samples, we will charge you real happened cost, and the charge is refundable
when bulk order is placed.
We accept the samples paid by paypal, wechat pay, alipay, westunion, wire transfer.We normally ask for
freight collection for samples delivery. If you have any international courier account like Fedex, UPS, DHL
and TNT, it would be great.
If you don`t have courier account available, you can pay the freight to us and we could prepay the freight.
Q : How long is the sample lead time?
A : For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days.For customized samples,it takes 7 days normally.
Q : How long is your production lead time?
A : 15-30 days after the sample approval or base on quantity
Q : What format of the file do you need if i want to print my own design?
A : We need ai/cdr/eps or PDF file to set up print-plate.We will make a Simulated photo.
You can approve the printing size and position before sample making.
Q : How many colors are available?
A : You just send us the Pantone color code. We will match the color accordingly.
Or we will recommend you some popular colors to you.
Q : Which kind of certificates do you have?
A : Our products quality meet EU food safe grade and we already have certificates for some items.
Q : Do you have inspection procedures?
A : 100% self-inspection before packing. We have professional QC and test equipments to ensure the quality.
Q : What is your payment term?
A : Normally we accept payment term T/T 30% deposit to start procution, and 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
We also accept L/C at sight.
